A NOTE ABOUT THE WUERTZ FESTIVAL

The Wuertz Festival is just around the corner. It’s about a 7-hour drive from Albuquerque.

This is an amazing event with 4 days of classes. To the new members, it is your opportunity to learn new techniques, make new Gourd friends, and immerse yourself in gourds.

There is a Gourd Compeition. I highly recommend entering your Gourds. There are 4 levels: Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Master. In my opinion, this is how you become a better Gourd Artist. There are some Vendors, and you can stock up on gourds. You get to pick for yourself.
