Join the New Mexico Gourd Society and connect with a creative community of gourd artists, growers, teachers, and enthusiasts. Whether you are brand new to gourd art or have years of experience, NMGS offers monthly workshops, demonstrations, artist connections, and opportunities to learn, share, and grow.
The New Mexico Gourd Society has so much planned for you this year. Our organization is only as strong as our membership base, and your membership dues help us provide the best possible learning and teaching activities.

NMGS is a registered nonprofit that strives to keep membership dues as low as possible.
How to Join NMGS
Annual membership dues are $20 for the 2026 calendar year.
Membership runs from January 1 through December 31.
To join:
- Complete the NMGS Membership Application.
- Make your check payable to NMGS.
- Mail your completed application and check to:

You may also bring your completed membership application and check to the next NMGS meeting.
At this time, NMGS membership dues are paid by check, either by mail or in person at an upcoming meeting.

NMGS welcomes anyone interested in gourds, including:
- Beginning gourd artists

No previous gourd art experience is required. If you are curious about gourds, gourd growing, gourd decorating, or gourd art, you are welcome here.
